Our library provides access to information, resources, and support services that promote learning, research, and community engagement.

Library Orientation and Library Tour
Library orientation and Library Tour is given during the first quarter of the school year. The orientation is designed to fit the needs of the faculty and the students. The primary purpose is to provide information about the library and about the online resources available each year

Library Promotion and Current Awareness Services
The library stands as the information specialist and source of information and one of the essential functions of the library is to provide facts and reliable information and disseminate information thru current awareness with the use of Bulletin Boards and Online News.

Referral Services
Referral letters are issued to those who need to acquire materials from other libraries in case such materials are not available in the PCC Information Resource Center. Inquire at the Reference Assistance Desk and Circulation Section for proper scheduling and approval.

Document Delivery Services
A library service that many libraries provide to their patrons. Typically, you can request the entire document for articles or specific book chapters through the document delivery service for free, as part of your available services as a library patron.

Book Padala/Courier
The library will send it through a delivery service provider (e.g. Lalamove, Grab, etc.). Note that the delivery charge shall be shouldered by the borrower.

Reference and Research Assistance
a. Face to Face : Physical assistance is provided to all researchers or library patrons who need answers to their reference queries, concerns, instruction, or information requirements.
b. Virtual / Online : Answers reference queries through online platforms using the library's official email and/or messenger

Community Engagement
This serves as a voluntary program of the library to support and serve the community by empowering Information Literacy to less fortunate people such as School Youth and Senior Citizens through various programs like Storytelling, Computer Literacy, etc.
